As a former Division I athlete, I learned early on that what you wear can truly impact how you feel and perform. The “look good, feel good” mindset is real—and when you feel confident in your outfit, it shows in your energy, your movement, and your overall mindset.

After transitioning from competitive athletics into creating my own workout routines and Pilates-style training, I realized how important it still was to feel comfortable, confident, and put together while moving my body. At the same time, I didn’t want to spend a fortune on activewear just to achieve that feeling.
